An unidentified man is one of the three people who are suing Usher for allegedly giving them herpes. While we haven't had an update on the situation in a while, and The Blast revealed that the man is requesting that Usher's medical records be released.
John Doe, as he's being referred to in legal documents, claims that Usher refused to hand over documents and is citing attorney-client privilege and physician-patient privilege as the reason for not turning over his medical information.
Doe is seeking a protective order over any medical information received from Usher. He claims in legal documents that the medical information he's seen on the singer through discovery in the lawsuit could cause Usher "ridicule and possibly harassment of the singer if released"
