Kelly Rowland Confirms Losing Record Deal Due To Bad Album Sales

Rumors swirled that singer Kelly Rowland was dropped from her label after her name had been removed from the artist roster of Universal Republic’s official website. Kelly recently opened up about cutting ties with the label and tells HuffPo Live she’s not worried about not having a deal:

“I feel like right now, I just needed something new and I’ve earned the right to make my own choices and make my own decisions. I wish them well, they wish me well. No hard feelings, I just needed a fresh, new start.”

Does she have any new offers on the table?

“There are different offers on the table. I just want to see what it feels like. I’m just in the studio on my own and just having a really good time just being creatively free.”

Everybody can’t be Beyonce! Kelly recently signed a huge deal with Caress Skin Care so we have a feeling she really ain’t worried about nothing.
