Young Jeezy Sued by Soul Legend Over Mixtape Song

Young Jeezy and Don Cannon are catching some heat over a track from their mixtape "Trap or Die 2." Soul legend Leroy Hutson is claiming that Jeezy used his song without permission, and filed a lawsuit over the matter on August 27.

Jeezy allegedly used a part of Hutson's song "Getting It On" for his own song "Time," without consulting Hutson. The lawsuit states that Hutson's daughter was on the website WhoSampled.com, when she saw that Jeezy sampled her dad's song.

Hutson asked for a trial by jury to determine just what should be done.
