New Report Shows 6 out of 10 Americans Don't Have $500 in Savings

According to CNN, six out of 10 Americans don't have enough money in their savings to cover unexpected bills. This new report claims that most Americans don't have $500 or $1,000 saved up with only 41% of adults claiming to have funds for a rainy day, a slight rise from 37%, last year.Statistic shows, about 20% would put their debts on credit cards, the other 20% would cut spending, and only 11% would turn to family and friends for help.
