Ciara‘s attempt to convince a judge Future is an unfit father fell short on Monday after the rapper was granted joint custody of their 1-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn.
The Pop star sought full custody claiming the “Where Ya At” rapper is an absentee father, an unfit parent, and just a bad person.
Future, on the other hand, asked the judge for joint custody. California courts favor joint custody, so the judge sided with him.
Meanwhile, Ciara and Future are still entangled in a nasty battle in her $15 million defamation suit.
