Nye County Sheriff's Department received Lamar Odom's blood test that was taken while he was at a Las Vegas hospital, and according to TMZ, he tested positive for cocaine.
Sheriff Sharon Wehrly revealed that there was a great possibility that Lamar would be prosecuted for cocaine possession if the test came back positive. However, it's unlikely that he will spend time in jail, as TMZ pointed out that first time offenders get their charges dismissed after taking a court ordered drug education course.
