Petition was started to free Jeremy Meeks [Thirst is Real]
The Stockton, California Police Department's Facebook page blew up after posting a mugshot of 30-year-old Jeremy Meeks, which had women absolutely smitten. Meeks was arrested with three other men during a gang sweep in the Weston Ranch section, but many women on the page are saying they would forgive him for his convicted felonies.
He's facing five weapons charges and one gang charge in his current arrest, and a #FreeJeremyMeeks petition is urging authorities to free him. Many of the commenters are saying he's "too fine to be in jail," and add that "people can change."
Stockton Police Officer Joseph Silva commented on the arrests, revealing Meeks is being held on a $900,000 bond and is "one of the most violent criminals in the Stockton area."
