Here is the viral church brawl video everyone talking about
Video of a brawl breaking out at a church in Macon, Georgia earlier this week, has begun making national news.
Chaos broke out inside of Greater Bellevue Baptist Church late Monday [May 1], when frustrations over a vote to determine the future of its pastor boiled over. It had been anticipated that the process might grow heated, with a Bibb County sheriff's deputy having in fact been placed on standby at the event.
There were approximately 150 people in attendance for the vote on whether to keep pastor David Stephens, and getting each of them counted would before long prove to be a daunting task. At one point those waiting were told, “If you keep talking you won’t be able to vote. If y’all don’t vote, y’all just don’t vote.”
The deputy on hand was eventually forced to call for back up, when members of the congregation lost their patience and began attacking one another with shoves and fists. In spite of the violence that resulted, no complaints were filed in regards to the fracas.
