Dec. 5, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcome their son. The Keeping up with the Kardashians reality star announced the big news on her website and app with a photo of her and Yeezy holding hands.
"Kanye and I welcome our baby boy!" After announcing that baby West was breeched --which means that he was in the wrong position for delivery-- she underwent a procedure to avoid a c-section and tells fans, "Mother and son are doing well." The parents of two have yet to announce their newborns name.
