50 Cent: Fetty Wap Was Snubbed in 2016 GRAMMY Nominations
50 Cent took to Instagram to give out #HoodGrammys to the artists he feels were snubbed in the 2016 GRAMMY nominations announcement that was released on Monday (Dec. 7). The Queens emcee and GRAMMY-award winning artist, specifically put the spotlight on Fetty Wap, who wasn't nominated for an award.
"My Best New Artist Award goes to, Fetty Wap. He put some real hits out this year. They're overlooking him. They did the same thing to me. Get Rich Or Die Tryin', 13 million copies sold."
Fif was nominated for a Best New Artist award back in 2004, but he lost out to Evanescence, but he won 2009's "Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group" for "Crack a Bottle."
