Police Find Body Parts From a Child in Chicago Park
Chicago police found remains at Garfield Park that are believed to belong to an unidentified toddler between the ages of two and four. According to CNN, a source close to the investigation revealed that a citizen found a foot in the lagoon at the park, and a police search later uncovered the head, two hands, and another foot of a child.
Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi revealed that the body parts somehow became separated from plastic bag that was later opened in a sterile environment. A pathologist is currently in the beginning stages of an examination of the remains, while a search team continued to look for more clues on Monday (September 7).
