We're not gonna go ahead and say that Kylie Jenner is a wizard or anything, 'cause we've never seen the likes of her at Hogwarts, but we're also not gonna go ahead and say that Kylie's been padding that thing up there and decided all of a sudden that she maybe shouldn't ... because we've been left befuddled and bewitched by her backside evolution for a long time now.
