Columbus Short Allegedly Threatened to Kill Jamie Foxx

No stranger to controversy, former Scandal star Columbus Short now has a restraining order against him from his ex-girlfriend—who claims the actor threatened to ‘kill Jamie Foxx.’

According to TMZ, Agostina Laneri– who was dating Short, and shares a son with him–filed a restraining order late last week against the actor saying he was emotionally abusive to her and physically abusive to their young son.

Laneri also claimed that Columbus told her of his plans to kill Academy Award-winning actor Jamie Foxx by telling her:

‘If I choose to kill one of these n****s … I will do that. I’m that crazy n**** that will be on the news as the n**** that murked Jamie Foxx.’

Agostina also claims that the actor physically abused their child, and warranted it by saying ‘the boy needed to learn’, adding that he would also tell her ‘Don’t forget who I am, I have a knife,’ whenever the couple got into an argument.

As a result, Short has been ordered to stay 100 yards from Agostina and their son.
