Ray J Reportedly Moving Into Kanye West & Kim Kardashian's Neighborhood

Ray J says he's lived in the vicinity longer than Kim.

Ray J is looking for new real estate.

According to TMZ, the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star is looking to move into the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles.

Interestingly, the house Ray J allegedly made an offer on is located eight doors down from Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West.

Ray J's storied relationship with former girlfriend Kim Kardashian West includes a sex tape and the boastful single "I Hit it First."

Last year, he purportedly gave the couple a piece of his earnings from the infamous sex tape as a wedding gift. TMZ reported at the time that the figure was $46,840.13.

When asked why he would move so close to his ex and her new husband, Ray J said it's already his hood and that he's lived in the vicinity longer than Kim.

Along with his business manager, David Weintraub, Ray J examined the property Friday (January 9) afternoon, before offering to purchase the mansion for $2.7 million.
