2 Chainz has been charged with felony drug possession a full 10 months after he was busted with codeine, TMZ reports.
The charge carries a sentence of up to 3 years in prison.
The Georgia emcee was arrested at LAX last June when TSA officials allegedly discovered the bottle of codeine in one of his checked bags.
The rapper is scheduled to be arraigned next week.
