Oh Lil Kim. Yesterday, the Queen B made her publicity rounds in New York City promoting her new work and expected releases for the new year. While many were excited to hear of new Lil Kim projects, everyone couldn’t get pass the rap legend’s (constantly changing) physique. Lil Kim’s face is almost unrecognizable.
