Cop chokes black child for walking in his yard.
This past Saturday, a Michigan cop who was off-duty was caught on camera holding down a teenage boy in a yard for allegedly trespassing. The whole ordeal allegedly stemmed from a fight that a group of boys was in that they managed to escape from. However, the group of boys ended up encountering the white off-duty police officer who ended up grabbing one of the boys, 15-year-old Jordan Brunson. In the video, you can hear the officer screaming "You guys are on my f---- property!" while simultaneously pinning his knee and hand to Brunson's neck. Brunson told the officer to let him go, with the officer responding "No, you are on my f------ property. I could f------ kill you." Brunson's friend was recording the whole incident when the cop turned his attention to him, saying, "Tell your friend to come here right now."
According to Brunson, he was trying to help out his friend who had gotten beat up badly earlier in the day. The friend ended up sitting on the officer's porch to regain his composure. Brunson gave a statement, saying, "I was examining him. I was going to tell his grandmother." From there, the officer quickly came out of his house and grabbed both of them violently. Brunson told reporters the cop never said get off my property or identified himself as a cop.
