January 31, 2017: A 49 year old Houston substitute teacher named Pete Garcia Hernandez, is being charged with three counts of indecency with a child. The charges came after parents claimed that the teacher was inappropriately TONGUE KISSING girls in the class.
The incidents reportedly occurred while he was assigned to the class from Oct. 24 to Nov. 4.
Police say that three female students at Looscan Elemntary School reportedly told authorities that Pete kissed them on the mouth, touched their chests and made them sit on his lap.
Incredibly the teacher ADMITTED to tonguing down the kids, but he had a CRAZY explanation for how it happened. Pete told police that he was “speaking close with them and his tongue accidentally went in their mouth,” according to court documents.
If convicted, the former teacher could get 15 years in prison.
