Donald Trump Will Have to Answer to Accusations of Rape of 13-Year-Old

Donald Trump will face rape charges in court sometime in the near future.

A woman is claiming the Republican Presidential candidate forced himself on her during a party at the apartment of a convicted billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein back in 1994. She also claims Epstein raped her twice, according to BuzzFeed News. The woman, who remained anonymous, was 13-years-old at the time. Her attorney divulged some of the details of the case to BuzzFeed this week. “This case, based on the sworn declarations of the victim and two corroborating witnesses, will be tried in court, where the defendants will be required to answer questions under oath and pursuant to the rules of evidence,” said attorney Cheney Mason.

Trump has denied the claims in the past and this is actually the third time they are being filed in a New York civil court. The case is receiving a lot more attention due to the position Trump is currently in. Trump’s attorney said the accusations have no basis in reality. “I would say the same thing I’ve said a million times. The allegations are reckless, irresponsible, and categorically untrue,” said attorney Alan Garten to BuzzFeed News. “To discuss them is unfair. This happened a long time ago. I don’t even want to get into it, because it gives credibility.” The plaintiff claims to have two witnesses to back up her story.
