Florida Officer Arrested for Having Sex With 15-Year-Old

Bartow, Florida police officer Randy Velez was arrested after he confessed to having sex with a 15-year-old girl he met through his job. Velez told detectives that he met the teen through his line of work, and he confessed that they struck up a relationship after he started having marital problems with his wife. 

After looking into the situation, which was initially reported by Velez's wife Eloisa, Polk County detectives arrested the officer on one count of lewd molestation.
