November 4, 2015: MediaTakeOut.com told you guys yesterday, that Lira and Rick Ross are A WRAP. Word is that Rick Ross caught her doing the WRONG THING with Wiz Khalifa.

Anyways, Rozay is NOT PLAYING . . . he DELETED all hr pics from his Instagram page.

Lira Mercer, who has 2.3 million Instagram followers, says she's an actress and model, but she's also worked as an exotic dancer. The tiny former dancer, who boasts 42-inches from behind on her 5'0 frame, once took a tropical island vacation with Drake . . . though the two both said it was a business trip. She also attended Justin Bieber's 21st birthday party at IVY Night Club in Miami earlier this year.

It prolly didn't help that she was also pictured topless with Meek Mill, which sources tell us infuriated Rick. Lira tried to stop that ish, posting on on her Twitter, "A picture taken at an old job means nothing. A hustle is a hustle and only a hustler can respect it . . . He's still my MAN THO #DontPanic."
