Jimmy Carlton Winfrey - who is Blood affiliated - caused over $20,000 in damage after firing shots from his vehicle, resulting in his charges for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, criminal damage, possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal gang activity, reckless conduct and discharging a weapon near the street. Winfrey now faces severe time simply because "committing a high profile shooting of a rival rap artist" helps to gain status in his gang.
The shootings took place after Lil Wayne performed at Compound nightclub in Atlantaat approximately 3:30 a.m. Though around a dozen or so of Wayne's associates were on board, thankfully no one was injured. Winfrey faces a vast amount of felony charges, but was not held in custody as of late Wednesday.
