WARREN SAPP PAID $600 FOR ORAL SEX, KEPT FOOTAGE OF THE ACT

Warren Sapp was arrested on February 2nd for soliciting prostitutes after an incident in a hotel lobby where Sap claims two women introduced themselves to him as strippers. According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Sapp admitted offering the two women (one 23, one 34) $300 each to give him head.

The two women agreed and proceeded to follow Sapp to his hotel room where they danced for him while he threw $100 bills at them. He then used his cell phone to record the 23-year-old giving him oral sex, but things took a turn for the worse when she demanded more money. Sapp refused to pay her more than the agreed upon $300 and she became irate, spitting in the former NFL star's face. At some point, she was able to call security to the hotel room using Sapp's own phone.

The woman told police she grabbed her stuff to leave when Sapp grabbed her by the arm and threw her out into the hallway, knocking her and the other woman down to the ground in the process. She reportedly told cops, "I do what I do, but that doesn't give him the right to put his hands on me."

Sapp is due in court on Monday. If convicted on the prostitution charge, he faces a minimum of 15 days in jail and a maximum of 6 months. Check out pics of Sapp in the gallery.
