2 Chainz Could Face Jail Time for Run-In With Police

Back in August, 2 Chainz was involved in an arrest. Well, now it appears that the case isn't quite over yet, and that the Atlanta rapper is looking at possible jail time along with a $1,000 fine as a result of the arrest. According to HipHopDX, 2 Chainz was slapped with a misdemeanor charge this week for obstructing an officer. The rapper took to his Twitter early yesterday (December 24th) to share his thoughts on the charge.

"So the fact that OKC is charging me with obstruction months after pulling my bus over And finding nothing lets me know the devil is busy," he wrote.

The arrest in question took place back on August 21st in Oklahoma City when 2 Chainz and his entourage refused to let police search their bus after reportedly being pulled over for a broken taillight. Hours after being pulled over, 2 Chainz and nine others on the bus were then arrested.
