Jay-z album promotion is getting investigated by PRIVACY groups!

The Electronic Privacy Information Center is not happy with Samsung or Jay-Z. The group is asking the FTC to investigate the "Magna Carta Holy Grail" app given out by Samsung for "inappropriate data collection."
EPIC filed a complaint that stated the app "accessed substantial information, including data about users' location, telephone numbers dialed, networks, and other applications on the phone."
It also calls Samsung out for failing to "disclose material information about the privacy practices of the app."
The strange privacy aspects of the app also drew the attention of other rappers, including Atlanta artist Killer Mike. He declined to go near the app after reading what the app would be accessing.
Samsung issued a statement saying, "Any information obtained through the application download process was purely for customer verification purposes, app functionality purposes, and for marketing communications, but only if the customer requests to receive those marketing communications...Samsung is in no way inappropriately using or selling any information obtained from users through the download process."
