Dwayne Wade takes away visitation rights from Baby Momma after her protest

Maybe Siohvaughn Wade's homeless protests weren't such a great idea after all. Dwyane and his lawyers in Chicago reached an agreement Monday, which will keep Siohvaughn from seeing their kids--at least for the time being.

Wade's legal move to take away her visitation will be heard in a courtroom on Tuesday in Miami, where he will argue that Siohvaughn is not in the right state of mind to care for children. The documents cite her very strange sidewalk sit-in, in which she ranted about all the awful things she believes Wade is doing to her.

In addition to her unpredictable actions, Funches-Wade also has breathing difficulties, which actually caused a recess in court last week. All this has culminated in Dwyane making the decision to take the kids for good.
