Dame Dash Broke? Facing Eviction

At one time, Dame Dash was one of the biggest executives in Hip Hop. Roc-A-Fella was poppin' off and the champagne was poppin' right along with it. Unfortunately for Dame, all of that is seemingly over.

Dash is in some serious financial trouble, and is reportedly facing eviction from his Carmel, New York home. In a court appearance on Tuesday, he further explained his predicament.

"I am currently several months behind in paying my personal bills," Dash wrote in his court statement. "For instance, I am currently over $100,000 behind in rent for the only home in which I live and at risk of being evicted."

Dash was in Manhattan Supreme Court fighting charges that he ignored a 2008 lawsuit from a lender, who is trying to collect on his $237,078 loan. Dash asked the judge to have mercy and not garnish his wages, since he has so many other financial worries including child support and alimony.

You have to feel a little bad for the former Roc-A-Fella mogul.
