Mayweather Signs Record-Breaking Boxing Deal With Showtime/CBS

Floyd "Money" Mayweather averages one million Pay Per View purchases per fight and was listed as the highest paid athlete for 2012, according to Forbes.  He's been boxing on HBO PPV for many years but that deal has come to an end, and now Mayweather will be taking his boxing talents to Showtime Networks Inc. PPV and CBS Corporation.
This new deal will consist of Showtime PPC and CBS promoting Floyd's boxing events on the CBS Television Network's numerous media outlets.  He's signed a contract with them which will consist of six fights over a span of the next 30 months.
Floyd's first fight will be on May 4th against Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero.
