According to The Blast, R. Kelly is being evicted out of a Chicago recording studio after falling behind on rent. Sources claim that Kelly has only a few weeks left to pay the thousands of dollars owed or run the risk of being removed by the sheriff. 
The building is owned by Midwest Commercial Funding who sued Kelly this past July for back-rent of upwards of $80,000. A deal was settled between both parties that R. Kelly would pay back the money over the course of two weeks or he will be evicted. 
The now infamous studio which was featured on the docuseries, Surviving R. Kelly, showed the property as HQ for Kelly's sexual deviancy. The building is currently listed for sale at $3.9 million.
