Tyga’s bae KYLIE JENNER was sitting on TRAVIS SCOTT’S LAP. It occurred in a “no camera phones” section of the event – so we weren’t able to get any pics.

Our paid snitch explains, “Kylie was sitting on his lap and flirting. I didn’t see them kiss, but it was so clear that they were together. They even left together.”

The paparazzi caught the two leaving the event just a few minutes apart.
