Cops stomp mans head into ground while cuffed. Caught on video

Shocking footage of a Columbus police officer forcefully kicking a handcuffed suspect in the head while he's lying on the ground has been making the rounds online.

Officer Zachary Rosen is currently under investigation over the incident, and the Columbus Police Department released a statement, which read, "Officer Zachary Rosen is under investigation for his actions that took place involving a suspect under arrest on Saturday, April 8, 2017. Officer Rosen has been reassigned to a non-patrol duty indefinitely."


According to reports, police were responding to a man who said someone threatened to shoot his house and everyone in it. While calling 911, he heard a gunshot outside of his home, and when police responded, the suspect, DeMarco Anderson, took off running from the man's house. Anderson was charged with aggravated menacing, improperly discharging a firearm, possession of drugs, resisting arrest and more.
