Katt appears to have been much heavier than usual.
While we’re glad to see Katt back on the comedy circuit, he’s definitely not laughing over his latest lawsuit. His former personal assistant is suing for allegedly punching her and pushing her against a glass door at the Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City, California, in 2016.
Yadira Torres’ Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit alleges assault, battery, false imprisonment, breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress and a violation of the state Labor Code. She seeks unspecified damages.
