January 23, 2017: Pearl Moen was 17 years old when she committed one of the most HEARTLESS crimes in recent memory. It was so heinous that many believe that she will one day grow up to be a SERIAL KILLER.
Pearl hid in the bushes inside Hyde Park in Austin, Texas, and jumped out ad attacked an innocent 23-year-old woman. Pearl pulled out a knife and stabbed the woman – trying to kill her.
What makes it especially heinous is “why” Pearl did what she did. According to a diary entry, Pearl committed her SAVAGE attack because she wanted to know how it would feel to kill someone.
“I stabbed an innocent woman to death earlier today (well yesterday since it’s 1 a.m.) … It was absolutely fantastic,” she wrote. “Murder gives me a high unlike any other. It feels like this crisp unreality, flashing and sparkling, adrenaline and shock, fight or flight mode.”
Pearl continued on to describe herself as a “homicidal psychopath” and added that she had a “deep hatred towards people.”
On Friday she pled guilty to attempted murder and agreed to serve 15 years in prison. With good behavior, she’ll be out before her 25th birthday.
