Skip Bayless acknowledged Golden State Warriors player Draymond Green call Lebron James a b**ch and took to Twitter yesterday to agree with the notion.
“Draymond called LeBron the “b” word then LeBron lived up to that word by breaking unwritten rule telling media Draymond “‘crossed the line,’” tweeted the sports columnist. He later taunted LeBron for showing no emotion after further insults from Klay Thompson. “LeBron called “b” word by Draymond. Basically called crybaby by Klay. Is LeBron still capable of getting mad & getting even on scoreboard?” he wrote.
Thompson commented on the back and forth between his teammate and Lebron while speaking with ESPN recently. “Guys talk trash in this league all the time. I’m just kind of shocked some guys take it so personal,” he said. “I don’t know how [James] feels. But obviously people have feelings and people’s feelings get hurt even if they’re called a bad word. I guess his feeling just got hurt. I mean, we’ve all been called plenty of bad words on the basketball court before. Some guys just react to it differently.” James claims he’s taken the “high road” in this situation. “My goodness,” said James to ESPN. “I’m not going to comment on what Klay said, because I know where it can go from this sit-in. It’s so hard to take the high road. I’ve been doing it for 13 years. It’s so hard to continued to do it, and I’m going to do it again.”
Green was suspended from playing in Game 5 as a result of his flagrant fouls targeted at James. This and other factors, led to the conflict between these players. However, Ayesha Curry, the wife of Steph Curry, took to Twitter this week to to blast James “high road” comment. “High Road. invisible bridge used to step over said person when open floor is available left to right,” she tweeted. The message revealed the reason why Green targeted James who  stepped over him during Game 4. The gesture is seen as extremely disrespectful in basketball.
