Arrest Warrant Issued for Bill Cosby
Bill Cosby surrendered himself over to authorities and appeared in an Elkins Park, Pa. courthouse. The comedian's bail was set at $1 million and he was ordered not to contact the alleged victim. He later posted his 10 percent ($100,000) in cash.

Comedian Bill Cosby will be charged for an alleged sexual assault that occurred in 2004. According to People, an arrest warrant has been issued for the 78-year-old over the alleged drugging and sexual assault of former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand.
Previously, Cosby said the sexual encounter was consensual, however, according to court files, Constand said that she was in a relationship with a woman at the time. Constant's attorney, Dolores Troiani, stated, "Obviously we appreciate the expression of confidence in her," she said. "We'll have to see what happens. We hope justice will be done. We will cooperate fully."
