Jimmy Winfrey, the man accused of shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus earlier this year, implied in new court documents that Birdman is to blame for the incident.
TMZ obtained the documents, where Winfrey said that he shouldn't be the only person arrested for the shooting. He claims, "[Birdman's] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is what ultimately led to the shooting."
Winfrey added that "[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime," while the Cash Money CEO has adamantly denied his involvement in the incident. Birdman recently told Angie Martinez, "That's like the craziest s**t that I've ever heard in my life. I'm passionate about my family, my kids, that mean more to me than anything. I was born without parents at a boardinghouse. My children mean the world to me. You crazy if you think that. I ain't trippin, you trippin, ya'll trippin. You know how I am about Wayne. Ya'll know the love I show him. I made him. I love him. That's my son. I ain't with none of that. I don't play no games."
