KENDRICK LAMAR TO PORTRAY HIS HERO WELVENDAGREAT IN NEW VIDEO?

WelvenDaGreat recently spoke to VladTV about his friendship with Kendrick Lamar, and revealed that the rapper was the first celebrity to put him on. Now, it seems that Kendrick is taking things a step further by playing Welven in Taylor Swift's upcoming "Bad Blood" music video." 

Taylor revealed Kendrick's character name in the short film as "Welvin Da Great," a clear nod to the Instagram sensation. The real Welven was thrust into the spotlight after his "Who Ain't Got No B*tches?"video went viral, and now the California native is being played by one of the biggest rappers in the world. 

Kendrick confirmed that WelvenDaGreat was the inspiration for the video in a tweet which read, "I chose my Compton Boy Welven as King. Always had personality. Confidence and self love making it out the city. Hero."
