Nick Cannon is suing Mariah Carey! Sad Times
Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey have been pretty civil towards each other since parting ways last year, but that could potentially change as Nick has just filed a lawsuit claiming the "Beautiful" singer sold their $9 million mansion without his consent.
According to TMZ, Cannon claims in the lawsuit that he didn't authorize the sale of the Bel-Air home that he shared with Carey and their two children. He believes their shared business manager Michael Kane dealt exclusively with Carey's people purposefully in an attempt to keep him out of the loop.
Cannon also claims in the lawsuit against Kane that he ultimately is okay with the sale of the house, but finds it problematic that he wasn't included from the beginning and is concerned how the $9,000,000 will be split between them. Cannon wants the bulk of the bread until they can determine exact figures.
Kane responded by saying the lawsuit is "frivolous," and that it's "clearly a desperate act from a sadly desperate man."
