FOOTAGE SHOWS MOMENT WHEN MONTANA COP SHOT UNARMED MAN

More footage has been released of the Montana police officer fatally shooting Richard Ramirez.
According to CBS News, a video of Billings Police Officer Grant Morrison began to circulate around the web of him sobbing after he shot and killed the unarmed man. Back in April 2014, Ramirez, who was high on methamphetamine, was riding around with friends when they were pulled over during a traffic stop. After Morrison ordered the suspects to place their hands in the air, the officer claims he saw the suspect move his left hand to his side. Morrison stated Ramirez "started to jiggle it up and down," leading him to pull the trigger.

The jury deemed the shooting justified after watching the both videos and hearing 15 witnesses. Three of the witnesses were bystanders and the rest were officers.
Ramirez's family believes Morrison targeted Richard because of his race. The 38-year-old is half-Mexican while Morrison is white.
