Family Guy Kills off a character and replaces with another actor! Good Move?
If you haven't seen the November 24th episode of Family Guy, it's about to be ruined for you!
See that spoiler alert above? That's the kind of thing we usually have to put for a big serialized drama, not Family Guy. And yet the animated series delivered what could be described as their first true "game changer" on the November 24th episode, when they killed off one of the core characters, as the producers had promised since Comic-Con this summer.
As we found out this week, it was Brian who bit the dust, getting hit by a car - and with Stewie's time machine no longer functioning, there was no way Stewie could save his canine buddy.
So with the show in Season 12, was this a choice you're excited to see or do you think it's a mistake? Brian's been quickly replaced in the Griffin household with a new dog, Vinny, voiced by The Sopranos' Tony Sirico, but it's a bit too soon to say how Vinny will work in the comedic mix. But let us know, what's your first reaction?
