Handcuffed Thug tries (and fails) In Court Trying To Grab Cops Gun! [Video]

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla – A Hillsborough County inmate waiting to be called before a judge tried to grab a deputy’s holstered gun on Tuesday, according to a statement. He made the attempt while handcuffed to his waist and in leg shackles.

The incident occurred around 9 a.m. inside the courtroom of Circuit Judge Martha Cook.

18-year Sheriff’s Office veteran Tracey Wallace was providing courtroom security along with two other deputies acting as bailiffs when Robert Bridges, 24, lunged at Wallace in an attempt to take her weapon.

Wallace resisted and the other two deputies helped to restrain Bridges and remove him from the courtroom.
