76ers Guard Nick Young Sued For Allegedly Date Raping Woman
Philadelphia 76ers baller Nick Young is being sued by a woman claiming he raped her vaginally and anally back in 2011. The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously, and proceeded to explain the night as she saw it.
According to the suit, she and her friend ran into Nick Young while visiting the Crown Bar in West Hollywood. He bought the two of them drinks, but the woman says she remembers little after consuming hers.
She woke up the next morning in Young's bed, bleeding and confused about what happened. She visited a Rape Treatment Center, took a rape kit, and concluded that she had been drugged.
She's suing Young for sexual battery, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and unspecified damages.
Nick Young isn't yet facing any criminal charges.
