LilWayne may have another one coming soon! Nivea again.

Nivea gave birth to Lil Wayne's son Neal a few years ago, but rumors are floating that she's pregnant with her second child with Wayne. Nivea also has two children from her previous relationship with The Dream, while Wayne has three other children from different relationships.

BlackMediaScoop.com is reporting that Nivea is set to give birth in September, but neither her or Wayne have commented on her pregnancy.
