Real from VH1 Reality Dating Show has stage4 Cancer!

Sad to report that REAL from the VH1 Show REAL CHANCE OF LOVE has been diagnosed with STAGE FOUR colon cancer. Stage four cancer generally means that the cancer has spread to other parts of his body.

Real is a FIGHTER, and a strong man - so his family and friends are HOPEFUL that he will be able to make a full recovery. But he definitely needs all of our prayers.
