Kanye West Sells house Moves in With Kim

We’re all laughing but it looks like Kanye West could not be more serious about his baby momma Kim Kardashian. Kanye brought a house in Bel Air with Kim kardashian, planning to make million dollar renovation to the Hollywood pad before the baby (girl?) is welcome into the world. We thought that Kanye would still keep his bachelor pad but looks like you can’t have your cake and eat it too. TMZ reports:

 Kanye West has JUST listed his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad … TMZ has learned … because he’s clearing the decks to move into his new Bel Air mansion with Kim Kardashian.

Kanye’s listing the 3 bedroom, 4 bath crib for $3.3 million.  The house is 4,214 square feet.

Now here’s the predicament … the average list price in the area is $2.54 mil.  Kanye tried in vain to sell the house in 2010 for more than $4 mil, so at least he’s come down on price.

Meanwhile Kim Kardashian’s in and out of courting trying to finalize this dreadfully extended divorce which clearly outlasted her marriage. Kim is now being trailed for her supposed “exaggerated fertility issues”. Kris is one happy girl I see.
