An elderly patient at a Philadelphia hospital claims that he was raped by a young female nurse while recovering from an accident last month.According to a police report, the 65-year-old alleged victim was staying at Temple University hospital for a week after a motorcycle accident.The alleged rape took place on February 27 at around 3.30am inside a hospital bathroom.The man says a nurse in her 20s entered Room 835 where he was recuperating and offered him to take a bath, the report cited by NBC Philadelphia states.The woman then allegedly proceeded to sexually assault the elderly patient. The exact circumstances of the alleged encounter have not been made public.
