Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock Tour?

Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle linked up at the Comedy Cellar in New York City last night, and the two comedic masters teased the crowd about hitting the road on a joint comedy tour.

What began as a surprise 45-minute set by Chappelle became a gift from the comedy gods when Chris Rock joined him onstage.

"Aw, you lucky motherfu*kers," Rock told the audience.

The duo spent some time joking about Kevin Hart, Prince, and President Obama before unsuccessfully trying to text Jay-Z about going out for spaghetti. At that point, Chappelle got the hearts racing of all comedy fans when he suggested that teaming up with Rock would be the perfect combination.

"This could be the show," said Chappelle.

"I'm in," shot back Rock.

Although Rock mentioned that he's about to start working on a new film, he said he may have be able to fit in a tour.

"After next Tuesday, I'm free for like eleven years," said Chappelle.

"I've got time between now and the movie," replied Rock. "By Halloween, I could do dates."

Let's all really, really hope that this happens.
