Bobby Brown going back to Jail

Man o man, Bobby Brown never gives it a break. The infamous Brown recently got arrested and sentenced to 55 days in prison following a DUI. Billboard.com reports:

Bobby Brown’s second DUI arrest of 2012, which occurred in Los Angeles in October, has landed the R&B veteran 55 days in jail.

TMZ reports that Brown was also sentenced to four years of probation and must complete an 18-month alcohol treatment program. He was arrested Oct. 24 after driving erratically and police say he had alcohol on his breath.

Brown, 44, pleaded no contest to the charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license. He must report to jail by March 20.

Earlier in the year, in March, Brown was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles and later pleaded no contest to that charge. Under a plea agreement, Brown checked himself into a rehabilitation center in August.

Like come on Bobby. How old are you?
