Chris Brown smokes on Stage in front of Ghana President

Last week, Chris Brown managed to piss off a lot of Ghanaians. He was reportedly paid a whopping $1 million by Ghanaian company RLG to be a part of the unveiling of their "Hope City Project." Brown didn't show up to the ceremony, which was attended even by the President of Ghana, John Mahama."

When Brown finally arrived in Ghana, he opted not to get into the limousine the company had arranged for him, with his people stating, "he is not keen on Limousines."

According to his friends, Chris views Limos as "a ride for prom."

Brown eventually made it to the stage, and put on an "electrifying" performance, but not without some expected drama. In addition to the vulgar language he used, which is not customary in Ghana, he lit up a joint on stage. Marijuana is of course illegal in Ghana, and much less tolerated than it is in the U.S. Many saw his actions as disrespectful, including Ghanaian gossip site "Ghana Celebrities."
